Unveiling Our Journey

Chapter 1 – Ambition

Without any money, everything began in March 2018 with a chance project from a local restaurant. The founder of Lilac assembled a 2-member team to help finish the job.  At that time, no one knew something wonderful would come out of it.
The team grew to 4, and then 5 people worked together every day in a shared workspace. They sat at one table, working side by side to complete the project. It felt like a special experience, and everyone felt a sense of togetherness and belonging. Even though it was just one project, no one wanted it to end. To them, it was more than a simple project; it felt like a journey on a smooth sailing ship into uncharted waters.

Chapter 2 – Passion

Once the first project was done, money started running low. The team leader thought the collaboration might have to end, so he said sorry to the team and explained he couldn’t pay them anymore. But surprisingly, every team member  decided to wait. Their motivation was inspiring, and new opportunities began to appear one after another.

Chapter 3 – LILAC

Lilac Agency was officially established on October 10, 2018. Beginning as a small team of just five members, we experienced remarkable growth, expanding first to 10, then to 30, and eventually evolving into a renowned agency with multiple departments comprising 50 talented individuals.
The year 2019 marked significant transformations for us. We secured numerous projects and clients, and our efforts started bearing fruit. As more clients embarked on their marketing journeys with us, our growth and prosperity fueled our position in the industry.

Chapter 4 – Blight

In early 2020, when COVID-19 started spreading, the market went downhill, and many startups struggled to survive. Lilac was in a tough spot; most of our clients canceled their contracts, and everything became quiet. We almost ran out of resources, and the challenging times didn’t help. When we saw bigger competitors fall and others had to let go of their employees, we were afraid that Lilac might not make it either.

Chapter 5 – ASPIRATION

Lilac did everything it could to support its team, create a great work environment, and make sure customers were happy. Some people worked really hard, day and night, to achieve their goals and help their clients. Even though it was tough, they stayed hopeful.
This gave everyone a much-needed boost of morale and hope. Even in hard times, Lilac did great work and got good results. It showed that Lilac was like a strong flower that could survive tough times, just like its name suggests.

Chapter 6 – Flourish

After adjusting to the new situation, Lilac started doing really well. It’s a place where talented people can do their best, focusing on progress and success. Lilac faced challenges but is determined to keep moving forward.
In a place full of opportunities, we found a new market – personal branding. We did a lot of research and learned about a need that wasn’t being met. We mixed Western techniques with the rich Arabic culture to become leaders in this field.
Our goal is simple: we want to help people and businesses by using branding to make them stand out. Our partnerships with dozens of pioneers have created inspiring success stories. Over half of our clients have become influential figures in their respective fields. Let’s write new success stories together and redefine digital marketing.

In our journey to name the company “Lilac,” we were inspired by an enchanting story about Queen Elizabeth I. Captivated by a bouquet enriched with lilac, the Queen chose this delicate flower as a symbol of unparalleled beauty. From then on, she mandated that lilacs would grace all the floral arrangements presented to her esteemed visitors and guests, infusing them with unmatched elegance and charm.

Today, Lilac mirrors this spirit and brings a touch of royal charm to the world of marketing. Just as the lilac added a touch of enchantment to the Queen’s bouquets, Lilac strives to infuse every brand it works with a blend of allure and sophistication. More than just a name, “Lilac” embodies our vision to make every brand flourish like a unique flower in the marketing garden.

We chose the octopus as our symbol because it perfectly represents our company’s approach and philosophy.
The octopus has eight arms, three hearts, and two brains, symbolizing great coordination, deep connections, and multiple capabilities.
The eight arms, working in perfect harmony, mirror the high coordination and integration across our company’s various departments and services. This allows us to offer comprehensive and seamless solutions that meet our clients’ needs and enhance our multitasking efficiency.
The three hearts reflect the strong bonds within our team, our shared passion that drives us to excel, and our deep commitment to our values which constantly motivates us to strive harder and build strong relationships with our clients.
The two brains signify our capabilities of precise analytical thinking and strategic planning, allowing us to deliver creative solutions that exceed our clients’ expectations and strengthen our position in the marketing industry.
